Your Role Day-to-Day :
This role requires someone who thrives on building authentic relationships, has a consultative approach, and can prioritize and strategize to meet the needs of both clients and candidates.
Your Schedule and Location :
You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in our modern South Tulsa office. The office is conveniently located near Whole Foods, the Creek Turnpike, restaurants, fitness centers, and more. After one year of tenure, you may have the option to work from home one day a week.

Requirements
What You Bring : Excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships. Influential and outgoing personality with a positive attitude and high energy. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset. Strong research skills and resourcefulness—you know your way around Google, social media, and professional networks. The ability to follow directions, stay organized, and work effectively in a process-driven environment. Previous inside or outside sales experience is highly desirable. Comfortable using the phone for outreach and relationship-building. Computer literacy, fast typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
