Senior Sales Executive – Cybersecurity for OT in Renewables

Location : Office-Based in Miami or Tampa, Florida

Cyber Energia is a global leader in OT cybersecurity solutions tailored for the renewable energy industry, including wind, solar, and biomass operations. Our products enable clients to enhance operational security while achieving significant cost savings on insurance and debt.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead sales efforts from our office in Miami or Tampa and drive growth in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership :

  • Lead direct sales efforts, targeting renewable energy companies, insurance providers, and financial institutions in the Tampa / Miami region.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring revenue growth.

Market Strategy :

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate and grow the renewables market.
  • Analyse market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and address competitive challenges.
  • Client Engagement :

  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to offer tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Solution Selling :

  • Present Cyber Energia’s OT cybersecurity solutions, emphasizing their impact on operational efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver customized solutions.
  • Performance Reporting :

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
  • Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the cybersecurity, OT systems, or renewable energy industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • In-depth understanding of OT systems and cybersecurity challenges specific to renewable energy operations.
  • Familiarity with the financial and insurance dynamics of the renewable energy sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions in a way that resonates with business leaders and financial stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
