Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Site Manager to oversee all operations at Cyber Express Wash. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the car wash location, including staff supervision, customer service excellence, inventory management, facility and equipment maintenance, and financial performance. The Site Manager will ensure that all aspects of the operation run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
The ideal candidate will have proven management experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all systems and staff
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer service attendants and supervisors, ensuring excellent performance and professionalism
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper care of car wash equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of car wash equipment, including pumps, vacuums, and wash systems, ensuring all machinery is in good working order
- Coordinate with service technicians or vendors for major repairs and equipment servicing
- Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across the operation
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding of new employees
- Schedule and oversee staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Perform regular audits of equipment, cleanliness, and service standards to ensure top-notch customer experience
- Promote and encourage membership programs, upsell services, and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cash handling, securing the premises, and ensuring financial accuracy
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic goals and operational improvements
- Ensure all safety standards are followed, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure the continued success and profitability of the site
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); College degree in business, management, or related field (preferred)
- 3 years of management experience, preferably in the car wash, retail, or service industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with equipment maintenance (experience with car wash systems a plus)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and labor management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift and perform physical tasks, including cleaning, equipment maintenance, and lifting heavy items as necessary
