ABOUT THE ROLE
Program Manager to manage modernization effort with multiple PMs, tech leads and projects. Program Manager will be responsible for planning out a cloud migration roadmap. Will be responsible for overseeing a collection of technical debt projects and efforts that make up a program for modernization including desktop upgrades, network upgrade, ACD and PBX upgrade, Net platform upgrade, vulnerability remediation, cloud migration and SCC technical upgrades . This position will manage overall schedule, rollup of resources, risks and ensure projects are comprehensive achieving their goals. Reports directly to the CIO.
