Job Description
Program Manager to manage modernization effort with multiple PMs, tech leads and projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning out a cloud migration roadmap. Will be responsible for overseeing a collection of technical debt projects and efforts that make up a program for modernization including desktop upgrades, network upgrade, ACD and PBX upgrade, Net platform upgrade, vulnerability remediation, cloud migration and SCC technical upgrades. This position will manage overall schedule, rollup of resources, risks and ensure projects are comprehensive achieving their goals. Reports directly to the CIO.
