What are the responsibilities and job description for the Smart Home Technician - Final Installer position at Cyber Technology Group, Inc?
There is a place where mind-blowing technology and every day life overlap... that place is Cyber Technology Group.
Recognized as one of Arizona Top Workplaces ('22, '23 & '24), Cyber Technology Group is the leader in residential technology solutions. We're a growing, thriving, Employee-First / Employee Owned company and we're currently adding an additional Final A/V technician to our team.
We use technology to craft and create amazing environments and experiences for our clients. From how they utilize and incorporate audio / video components into their homes while entertaining friends, to the thoughtful lighting and shading elements designed to do everything from promote wellness to highlight art or family photos. It is all about the experience. Part technology company and part construction company, Cyber approaches and redefines both industries - every day.
We want the absolute best for our clients and we believe that starts with doing our absolute best for our employees. Our Employee-First culture is grounded in our Core Values.
Listen - Listen to the perspectives, ideas and experiences of others as if they were your own.
Work - Choose action over observation and take pride in creating the best experience for those around you.
Trust - Separate intent from impact. Assume right, trust the other person made the best decision with the information they had.
Grow - Be hungry, humble and smart. We learn from the questions we ask, not just the answer we have.
Chill - Find your chill. Outside of work, surround yourself with people and passions which inspire and recharge you.
Cyber Technology Group is made up of an amazing, diverse group of men and women who are reliable, friendly, engaging, smart and thoughtful. They are comfortable working in both a team atmosphere or going solo - depending on the needs of the business or scope of the project. They understand the value of communication, know how to efficiently manage their own time - as well as the time of others - and are confident being the face and voice of Cyber.
Responsibilities within this role include, but aren't limited to, installation and deployment of equipment, build-out and placement of racking, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and colleagues and understanding of the importance of being both professionally and personally organized in order to keep company-issued vehicles and the job site clean throughout the duration of the project. Established industry knowledge (low voltage wiring, problem solving, installation, etc.) and technical experience (Lutron, Savant, Crestron, etc.) are required for this position.
