Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commercial flooring market.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction with flooring solutions.
- Provide expert advice on flooring options including carpet, resilient, and ceramic materials.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field/experience is preferred.
- Base Salary: $70K-$110K
