Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and its application in business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with the automotive sector and sales techniques is a plus.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
