The Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. This role is responsible for managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and developing budgets to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the accounting team in daily operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget and forecast processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure efficient processing.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems for efficient financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
- Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Knowledge of tax compliance regulations and auditing standards.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
