Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the invoicing process to ensure timely billing of clients
- Track and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status
- Assist in resolving client billing issues and discrepancies
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred

Salary : $30 - $40
