Key Responsibilities
- Administer top-notch technical support as a Subject Matter Expert on all engineering applications.
- Provide pre and post sales support to clients in all engineering software product offerings
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of engineering software tools such as CAMWorks, 3DS, and DELMIA.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding in SolidWorks, CAM, CAMWorks.
- Practical experience with CNC Programming and CNC Machining
- Experience with 3DS and DELMIA is preferred.
- Practical experience with robotic programming (Helpful)
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
