- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and management of the branch.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues effectively.
- Supervise and train branch staff to ensure high performance and adherence to policies.
- Assist in driving sales initiatives and achieving branch targets.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in team management and operations management.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive branch success.
