- Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- Manage financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Conduct staff training and performance management to develop team members' skills and capabilities.
- Control inventory and manage the branch's physical resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial management principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in sales strategy development and implementation.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in performance management and staff training.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
