Position Overview

Are you a recent grad looking for a role in the construction industry? Do you have a passion for construction and a desire to eventually lead team's to success? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate/Junior Project Manager to join and learn about our exciting and upcoming projects. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the thrill of bringing complex projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Create and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
• Lead project meetings and provide direction to project team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience / internship work
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Coachability

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
