Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the project management team in overseeing construction projects within the K-12 educational sector. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality standards to deliver successful outcomes for school construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of K-12 construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and school district representatives
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to the Project Manager
- Help prepare project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders
- Assist in problem-solving and conflict resolution during the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management or construction, preferably in the K-12 sector
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
