Assistant Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Position Overview

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multi-family construction projects. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while adhering to all building codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
• Help prepare project estimates and assist with cost control measures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on various aspects of the project.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family projects.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to multi-family construction.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Autodesk.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
