We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in multi-family projects to oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multi-family construction projects from beginning to end.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any project challenges.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction staff and subcontractors.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in multi-family projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Experience in project scheduling and budgeting.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Procore and Autodesk.
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices, including townhomes and assisted living facilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Vehicle allowance ($500-$750)
- Gas card ($85 a week)
- Phone allowance ($45-$65 a month)
- 401k is 3% guaranteed company contribution (starts after a year)

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
