We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to safety protocols and building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on multi-family construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and other construction workers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Review and interpret building plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Enforce safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Manage project documentation and reporting using Procore and other software tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues as they arise.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multi-family residential projects.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Experience with scheduling and budgeting for construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Autodesk.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Experience in assisted living or residential construction is a plus.
- Vehicle allowance ($500-$750)
- Gas card ($85 a week)
- Phone allowance ($45-$65 a month)
- 401k is 3% guaranteed company contribution (starts after a year)

Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
