Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report on status
- Help manage project budgets and timelines
- Utilize Xactimate for estimating and project tracking
- Support the Project Manager in problem-solving and decision-making processes
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in project management or construction
- Familiarity with restoration processes and techniques
- Proficient in Xactimate software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
