Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records.
- Support the project manager in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Prepare financial tracking reports and assist with invoicing processes.
- Participate in change management processes to address project modifications.
- Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet for tracking and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of change management and process optimization techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and other project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions quickly.
- Experience in financial tracking and invoicing processes in a project setting.

Salary : $60,000 - $91,000
