Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to the Superintendent.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and material logs.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies needed for construction.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Experience with multi-family and wood frame construction is a plus.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is preferred.

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
