Position Overview
- Role: Spanish-Speaking Immigration Attorney
- Type: Full-Time, Onsite in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
- Lead your own team, including paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff.
- Conduct initial client consultations and legal strategy meetings.
- Onboard new clients, review applications, and ensure high standards for legal filings.
- Provide accurate, consistent legal advice and represent clients during strategy sessions, pre-filing appointments, and hearings/interviews.
- Stay current with evolving immigration laws and contribute to firm policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals while developing a high-performing team.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of immigration attorney experience with a proven track record of winning cases.
- Leadership: Experience managing teams of paralegals or case managers.
- Communication: Excellent writing and verbal skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and arguments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and quick to adapt to new software.
- Attention to Detail: A perfectionist with a keen eye for inconsistencies.
- Passion for Advocacy: Thrive under pressure, enjoy courtroom dynamics, and are committed to continuous professional growth.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
