Job Description

We are seeking a full-time associate attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in family-based immigration. If you are a problem solver, highly motivated, and self-starter, you will enjoy this position and have an opportunity to grow with us for years! Salary is based on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, PTO, federal holidays, 401K, and bonus based on performance. $70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Compensation :

70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
Represent clients at USCIS for green card and citizenship interviews.
Represent clients in Immigration Court for bond and removal defense such as Cancellation of Removal cases.
Review files for supervising attorney
Perform legal research and write brief, motions, pleadings

Qualifications :

Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base

Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys

Required Qualifications :

Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)

Good standing with any bar of U.S. jurisdiction

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in immigration law

Must have high emotional intelligence for effective communication and problem-solving

Candidates awaiting bar result with limited immigration law experience will be considered on a case-by-case
