We are seeking a full-time associate attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in family-based immigration. If you are a problem solver, highly motivated, and self-starter, you will enjoy this position and have an opportunity to grow with us for years! Salary is based on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, PTO, federal holidays, 401K, and bonus based on performance. $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
Compensation :
70,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
- Represent clients at USCIS for green card and citizenship interviews.
- Represent clients in Immigration Court for bond and removal defense such as Cancellation of Removal cases.
- Review files for supervising attorney
- Perform legal research and write brief, motions, pleadings
