Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in probate litigation cases, including contested wills and trust disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options in probate matters.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong cases.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in probate and estate litigation.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- CA Bar License
- 3 years of experience in probate or T&E litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and litigation outcomes.
