What You Will Do
- Handle a strong caseload of CPI cases
- Making the initial intakes through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, prepare and respond to written discoveries
- Work hand in hand with clients, medical providers and opposing counsels
- Supervise paralegal & case managers day to day
- 2 years of CPI experience
- 3 years of Litigation Experience
- J.D. or Esquire
- North Carolina BAR License
- Competitive Base ($130,000-$160,000) Bonuses
