What You Will Do
- Handling complicated plaintiff personal injury litigation cases
- Initial Intake
- Pre-Suit Client Relationship Management
- Negotiating with Insurance Companies and Lien Holders
- Drafting Initial Pleadings, Conducting Depositions, Preparing and Responding to Written Discovery
- Take cases to Trial
- 5 years of Personal Injury Experience
- 3 years of Trial Experience
- BAR, Juris Doctor
- Competitive base ($120,000-$150,000) Bonuses
