Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Trial Attorney.
- Experience with the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and presenting cases for trial.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must possess strong analytical abilities to handle complex legal issues.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional level of client service.
- Proven track record of success in personal injury cases, including a high rate of favorable settlements and verdicts.
