Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trust & Estate law as well as litigation experience. This position requires an individual who can provide expert legal counsel, manage complex cases, and represent clients effectively in legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on Trust & Estate matters.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
- Assist clients with estate administration processes.
- Represent clients in litigation related to estate and trust disputes.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements and prepare legal documents for court.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- LLM in Tax is preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in PA, NJ, and/or NY.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trust & Estate law and estate planning.
- Strong litigation skills and experience in courtroom settings.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
