Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong book of business to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
- Proven experience as a Partner in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a significant book of business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong network within the industry is highly desirable.
