Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit teams to ensure effective audit execution.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with established standards and timelines.
- Review and evaluate the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate audit findings to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of audit processes and results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Proven experience in audit management and execution.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in Excel and General Ledger systems.
- Experience in Assurance and Tax processes.
- Excellent planning and budgeting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in Non-Profit organizations is a plus.
