Position- Audit Manager

Be part of a growing, progressive certified public accounting firm. As a Manager you will oversee engagements for audit and related services and supervise teams from our diverse staff as well as work on various interesting and challenging assignments. The majority of the Firm’s engagements consist of performing audits of financial statements following AICPA standards and related services. Clients are comprised of non-public entities including large employee benefit plans and not-for-profit entities. Our unique client base allows us to work on high-quality engagements with a focused and narrow emphasis on authoritative requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all facets of audit engagements including planning, analysis, execution, supervision, and review, including direct client interaction throughout the engagement.
· Review of tax and regulatory filings including Forms 5500 and 990.
· Supervision, training and mentoring of staff.
· Involved in substantially all areas of Firm practice.
· Training and mentoring are focused on the goal for you to be a subject matter expert on multiple technical topics.

Qualifications:
Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar studies with at least 5 years of relevant supervisory experience. Strong analytical, communication, management and organizational skills, including managing multiple deadlines and deliverables. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook. Experience with CCH Engagement. CPA licensure is preferred and priority will be given to candidates with a current CPA license. Proficiency with US GAAP and GAAS are preferred.

The firm’s principal offices are in Chadds Ford, PA in the southeastern corner of Pennsylvania, between Wilmington, DE and West Chester, PA. We serve clients in various geographic locations including the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. Because we are located outside of the city limits of Philadelphia, our employees who work in our offices are not subject to the City of Philadelphia Wage Tax when work is performed in our offices.

Daniel A.
