- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion while managing a team of auditors.
- Review audit work papers and financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to clients and partners.
- Maintain relationships with clients, providing high-quality service and addressing any concerns.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and interns.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting any findings or recommendations.
- CPA Candidate with relevant audit experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
- Experience in public accounting is preferred
- Familiarity with Construction, Manufacturing, and Non-Profit industries is a BIG PLUS
- Understanding of Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) and related audits is advantageous
