Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Providing clear guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with the firm’s core values and strategic objectives.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and internal team members.
- Supervising client service teams during engagements, providing guidance and mentoring to staff and senior accountants.
- Manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of projects that meet client expectations.
- Contributing to shaping the firm’s overall vision and improving its growth.
Requirements:
- CPA certification preferred
- Preferred experience with ProSystems Engagement software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership experience
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner.
