Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit planning and execution for various clients
- Manage and mentor audit staff to ensure professional development
- Review audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify areas for operational improvement and risk mitigation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is required
- 5 years of experience in audit or accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
