Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review audit engagements across diverse industries.
- Identify key audit risk areas and design tailored audit approaches.
- Supervise engagements and keep partners updated on project status.
- Research and analyze technical guidance, providing clear recommendations to partners.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure timely issuance of financial statements.
- Mentor and evaluate staff by reviewing workpapers, conducting performance reviews, and offering constructive feedback.
- Contribute to internal education initiatives and staff development programs.
- Support business development efforts by participating in prospect meetings and marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.
- At least 5 years of audit experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to managing projects and fostering client relationships.
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $150,000.
