Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Audit Manager, your primary responsibilities will include :
1. Leading and managing comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.
2. Developing and implementing effective audit procedures and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
3. Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Providing guidance and support to the audit team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Identifying areas of financial risk and proposing effective risk management strategies.
7. Keeping abreast of latest developments in financial auditing and accounting standards and ensuring that the company's practices are up-to-date.
8. Preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, auditing, or accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3. Extensive knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
4. Proven experience in conducting comprehensive financial audits.
5. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
