Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team at a rapidly growing CPA firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing audit engagements, providing exceptional service to our clients in various industries, and mentoring junior staff members. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including supervision of staff.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide high-quality service to meet their needs.
- Review work papers and financial statements to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy of information.
- Mentor and train junior staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Prepare and present reports on audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
- Stay current on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on audit.
- Experience in industries such as construction, oil & gas, real estate, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
