Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment and internal control evaluation.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and oversight on audit assignments.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and manage client communications to ensure satisfaction and address issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other applicable standards during audits.
- Assist in the development of audit plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Conduct thorough examinations of financial statements and accounting records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
