Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated systems for plastic injection molding processes.
- Develop and maintain automation cells and automated assembly machinery.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) on automated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and injection molding machinery.
- Ensure compliance with clean room environment standards and protocols.
- Train and support staff on automated systems and processes.
- Proven experience in automation engineering, particularly in plastic injection molding.
- Strong knowledge of FAT/SAT procedures.
- Experience with EOAT robotics and plastic injection molding machines.
- Familiarity with clean room environments and relevant safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
