- Manage daily operations of the aviation repair lab to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and train technicians in repair and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities are performed in accordance with FAA and EASA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance repair processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of repair projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations on lab operations for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years experience in aircraft avionics components
- Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations.
- 3 years of direct supervision experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
