We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law and will be responsible for representing clients in bankruptcy cases, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings
- Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and related documents
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations related to bankruptcy
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
- Negotiate settlements with creditors
- Assist clients with pre-trial motions and litigation
- Manage and maintain case files and documentation
- Provide counsel on real estate issues related to bankruptcy
- Address cases involving fraud, breach of contract, and negligence
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
- Strong courtroom experience and familiarity with litigation
- Proven ability to handle pre-trial motions and negotiations
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and related bankruptcy issues
- Experience dealing with cases involving fraud and breach of contract

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
