Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely and effective repairs and services.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance department.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices.
- Experience with general maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and facility maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
