Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and project standards.
- Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve issues in design coordination.
- Assist in site coordination to align with construction activities and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate construction documentation and drawings.
- Support project management by providing timely updates and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to CAD standards and best practices throughout the design process.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
- Experience with virtual design and construction techniques is a plus.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Familiarity with construction technology and industry standards.
- Experience with clash detection and site coordination is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
