Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and other documents as requested.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Provide administrative support related to financial operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
