Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bridge Engineer to join our team, responsible for the design, analysis, and inspection of bridge structures. Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze bridge structures using industry-standard software.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of existing bridges to determine structural integrity.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and specifications.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for bridge projects.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations during the design and construction phases.
- Utilize MicroStation and AutoCAD for detailed design work and drafting.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bridge engineering or related discipline.
- Proficiency in bridge design software such as MicroStation, Geopak, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of bridge infrastructure and structural principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
