- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and real estate industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for account management and client retention.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the construction and real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
