The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the construction market and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and lead generation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
