Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, focusing on both commercial and residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the construction sector.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and mentor the business development team to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective strategies.
- Experience in managing teams and driving results in a collaborative environment.
