Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
- Manage the finance team and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and tax requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to inform decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage relationships with financial institutions.
- Lead the development and management of the annual budget process.
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in other senior managerial positions within finance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software such as Sage, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in financial strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
