Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Civil Design to lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the high standards of quality expected by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Review and approve engineering designs and plans
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management and clients
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and permitting requirements
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
- 7 years of experience in civil engineering and project management
- Proficient in MicroStation and CAD software
- Strong knowledge of land development, grading, drainage, and site development
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for engineering projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff
- Competitive Salary $120-140K based on experience
- Vacation/PTO - 17 days PTO, 9 paid holidays

- 401k - Company match 50% up to 6% of contribution, fully vested following 4 years of employment
- Bonus - Discretionary
- Hybrid or Flex schedules available - Following an initial period of 3 months, a hybrid work schedule is available. 3days office | 2days remote
- Tuition Reimbursement - $2000 for undergraduate and $3000 for graduate programs per year.
